I specialize in executive function coaching and student advocacy. Executive functions — skills like planning, prioritizing, self-regulating, and following through — are often the missing piece for students with learning differences, or attention challenges.
Through personalized 1:1 coaching and parent support, I teach students how to work smarter, not harder, so they can reach both academic and personal goals.
I Help Students:
If your child has (or needs) an Individual Education Plan (IEP), I can guide you through the process. As a Master IEP Coach®, I help families:
Communicate effectively with schools
Write realistic and measurable IEP goals
Prepare for and navigate meetings
Review IEPs for clarity and effectiveness
Negotiate for the right supports and services
As your child prepares to begin their first year of college or university, you may be feeling a mix of excitement and uncertainty — just like they are.
I understand that this transition is about much more than academics. It’s about learning to manage time, prioritize tasks, stay focused, and cope with new emotional and social pressures — all of which are rooted in executive function.
That’s where my Executive Function for school Coaching Program comes in.
I support first-year university and college students with:
Time & Task Management: Staying organized, planning assignments, and avoiding last-minute stress.
Focus & Follow-Through: Tools to manage distractions and maintain motivation in independent learning environments.
Emotional Regulation: Strategies to manage anxiety, build resilience, and navigate the ups and downs of young adulthood.
Accountability & Support: Weekly one-on-one check-ins to keep students on track and confident.
This is not tutoring — it’s strategic, holistic coaching designed to foster independence, confidence, and a successful start to university life.
